NIV Consulting, LLC provides personalized PC repairs on-site, at your place of business or at your residence. We also perform on-site emergency repairs on short notice, usually within the same day. We work on desktop PC's, laptop / notebook PC's, and servers. We provide on-site repairs and service and make every attempt to complete repairs on site, at your place of business or residence. If additional work is required, we will repair them at our shop with a quick turnaround time, and then bring them back to your place of business or residence and install and set it up for you.
Our computer repair technicians are all experienced, skilled, and are all CompTIA A+ certified. The CompTIA A+ certification is considered to be the industry-wide benchmark certification for computer repair technicians. Our rule is simple. If a technician does not have the CompTIA A+ certification, they are not allowed to touch, let alone, work on any of our client's computers. In addition, our technicians are certified repair technicians for major computer vendors, including Dell and Sony. Having these certifications alone do not qualify one to be an expert technician. Because we hold our computer technicians to very high standards of expertise, this is what sets us apart from others.
Most importantly, our technicians have many years of practical, hands-on experience, troubleshooting skills, and expertise that can only be learned from prior work experience, and the people skills (also known as "soft skills") that are required to deliver top quality service to you. When it comes to repairing computers, our technicians are not just "book smart" from education and certifications, but most importantly "street smart" from many years of hands-on work experience with a wide variety of types of computer hardware.
